Our team's expertise spans end-to-end creative production, including pre-planning, talent casting, and storyboarding, through to production, and post-production editing.

Ready to book? We will finalise the details and package selection, reserve your event date, and send you the necessary paperwork. Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Step 3.
The countdown begins! We will be in touch to arrange a final consultation to finalise the details of your event. This is your opportunity to discuss your vision and share inspiration for your content.

The Big Day has arrived! Enjoy your day while we capture all the magic! We cannot wait to document all the intimate and candid behind-the-scenes moments.

CONTENT DELIVERY TIME! Relive your day almost instantly. Within 24 hours you'll receive a downloadable link with the raw, unedited behind-the-scenes moments. All edited content will follow and be ready for delivery within 48 hours.

What is a wedding & event content creator?Great question! We focus on telling the story of your special event through candid, editorial and emotion-driven video and photo content for social media posting. We serve a 'behind-the-scenes' approach documenting genuine emotion, interactions, and candidate experiences throughout your event.

What equipment do you use to capture our event?Our team specialise in capturing the authentic and effortless behind-the-scenes moments of your special day. To ensure quality and a natural 'BTS' aesthetic, we use a mobile device to shoot weddings. This allows us to remain unobtrusive, blending into your event while leveraging the phone's technology to film and edit content.

What packages do you offer and what do they include?We offer a variety of wedding day packages designed to meet needs and budgets. Our three main packages include coverage ranging from 6 to 12 hours. How are you different from a videographer or photographer on our wedding day?Great question! Our focus as BTS creators is creating content that is optimised for social media, personal keepsake and fast delivery. Photographers and videographers bring their own unique set of skills and artistry — and we respect that deeply. Understanding that they have visual priority on the day, together we create a full-circle experience. With a background in Film and TV, we're experienced in working as a team to collaborate on site across events.

When and how will we receive our footage/content?Super fast! We prioritise a fast turnaround. Raw footage (video and photos) is delivered within 24 hours after your event. Edited content is delivered within 48 hours, ensuring a quick turnaround without compromising on quality or style. All content is delivered via a Dropbox link.

We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to any aesthetic our couples desire -whether you're drawn to something romantic, soft, bold and editorial, or luxury and elegant. Every detail is handled with intention to ensure your final edits are authentically you.

Can we provide a list of specific key moments or shots we want captured?Absolutely - and we encourage it! During consultations, we get to know you as a couple - your story, style and what matters most to you. Then, before the wedding we have a final consult to review content preferences you want captured.

Do you travel interstate and international?Yes! We happily travel overseas to capture your special event wherever your celebration takes place. We understand the extra planning involved and work closely with you to coordinate travel logistics smoothly. Please enquire within.
